Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out by ACS COURIER  at a flat rate of 4.5euros per order. 
Estimated delivery time is one (1) working day after dispatch date (An order takes between 1-5 business days to Dispatch depending on stock availability, unless otherwise stated on product delivey details.
Shipping time is additional to dispatch time)
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. 
Free Domestic Shipping applies on orders over 50euros.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible. Please note that since CoD is only available for orders shipped in Greece, we only accept Greek bank accounts. Please note that bank fees may apply depending on your bank’s policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-orders and it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. All our packages contain a return form to use when you send items back.

Hamsaboutique.com is not responsiblle for the return cost, therefore it is recommended to choose a tracked service. We reserve the right to decline parcels sent via post.

We make quality control in order to guarantee that you receive our products in excellent condition, however since your order is travelling a long way to get to you, we suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us within two (2) days of receipt in case you realise any irregularities or damages, as to ensure a hustle-free replacement. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Underwear is returnable as long as unworn and with all the barcode tags.

This may not apply if there is a fault with your item. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for customized products.

All items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. Any shoes returned must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.

All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our headquarters. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent by post.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
